Seven years ago I came to Bali and fell in love with the pristine, exciting North Bali. I love nature and adventure and learning about other cultures. Here in this beautiful tropical place in my trekking wooden cottage in the heart of rice fields, I can switch off and relax, enjoy the sun and nature, back to the roots. I love it, swimming in the cool clear pool of the nearby waterfall, or to chat with the likeable local (where possible, mostly it is gibberish with hands and feet, and great fun on both sides). And I enjoy it, to ride on my scooter rented in the sun through the area. Z.B. swim the sea near Lovina, to make short trips in the local area or go shopping at the market or in the bazaar in Singaraja.
Witnessing, how the originally simple little rice plot has changed in the present place with wooden houses, open bathroom, beautiful plantings and since this year running good spring water, for me was a wonderful experience – often exciting, some big challenge and adventure, but it was worth it. And it's still going on ....
